Recalibrate is designed to meet you where you are. Depending on your goals, you can choose to focus on a specific area of life, whether that’s developing parenting tools, improving sleep, managing stress, navigating neurodiversity in the workplace, or something else important to you.
Treatment under Work Cover and CPT fall under this model.
Length of treatment may vary from 1 to several 50-minute sessions, depending on your goals.

Rediscover is our individual therapy program. Aimed for holistic wellness, self-discovery and growth.
Together, we’ll uncover barriers and unhelpful patterns across different aspects of life, explore why they’ve been holding you back, identify your values and motivations, and introduce new strategies and behaviours that support lasting well-being.
This program is a minimum of 10, 50-minutes sessions, with the maximum number of sessions depending on your goals.

Reconnect is our therapist-led small group (3-4) program, offering a supportive space to realign with your values, mind, and body. This condensed 12-week program encompasses much the learning and reflection from the Rediscover Program, while giving you the chance to share and learn from others on a similar journey.
This program consists of 12 x 60-minute sessions.

Reunite is an ideal way to strengthen team connection and enhance individual and workplace well-being. When individuals are well and the team works cohesively, productivity and retention rise while sickness and absenteeism decline.
